The Article 30 record, the subject sets behind it, and the exports a supervisory authority would accept.
The record of processing lists the activities that are in use or suspended in the selected context, with the particulars Article 30 requires. Activities in preparation are held back, because they do not describe processing that is happening.
A data subject set is a group of people the organisation holds data about: patients at one clinic, employees in one country, applicants to one department. Where an organisation has several sites, geographies or departments, keep a set for each, so the record of processing can be read by location.
Any record exports to PDF with the reference, the version, the state and the date of export on the page. The whole workspace backs up to CSV and restores from the same file.
