Close the gaps

Steps

The route to a compliant state orders the outstanding work so that each step is possible when you reach it.

1. 01Read the healthClick Overview in the left menu. It states how many records are at risk and how many of those are high severity, pillar by pillar.
2. 02Open the routeClick Gaps in the left menu, or Route to a compliant state on a record. Click a gap's remedy to open the record and highlight the field.
3. 03Complete or linkWhere the gap asks for a missing record, click Link an existing [record] and choose it, or click Create a new one instead. Where the linked record is in the wrong state, open it and select the required state on its lifecycle bar.
4. 04Share the workClick Copy link beside any gap to send a colleague straight to the exact field that needs an answer.

Checking the citations

Click the linked records panel at the top of a record dialog to see, in both directions, what it still needs, and click any entry to open it.
